The Sparkle Run was founded as a way to remember Erin Moomey, a girl who’s life was cut short by Leukemia in 2013. After Erin’s passing the idea for The Sparkle Run came about and raised over $30,000 in it’s first year. Through it’s success this amazing 5k walk & run ensured that Erin’s life would always be remembered and in her rememberence many lives would be changed for better.
We have accomplished so much in such a short period of time. This is all thanks to our wonderful participants, volunteers, and sponsors. This incredible support system keeps Erin’s memory alive and it keeps The Sparkle Run going!
